Creating web page using slice tool in Photoshop:-

To create the web's home page and to display the picture in the different pieces, we can use slice tool this helps to upload the page quicly.

The working process are:-

Creating Home page method:-

Firstly create the design as you like with heading, menus and page with image, text etc.

a. Use the slice tool then slice (make pieces) as well as right click on it then check on divide slice horizontally or vertically.

b. Use "slice Selector" tool for selection slice.

c. If do not need the slice delete.

d. After finish the slice you can save it in the web.

To save in the web follow up:-

i. Go to file menu.

ii. Click on "save for web".

iii. Click on "image tab" and arrange its size setting value.

iv. Click "Internet explorer" icon for preview.

v. Click on "Target preview” then you can view what your web will be seen in the browser.

These way created webpage will be modified in "Microsoft FrontPage". Using which rollover button and necessary gif image can be created.

Swaping image in the frontpage:-

a. Open the web page in the FrontPage in design view.

b. Select the image.

c. Go to format menu and behaviors.

d. Click on insert.

e. Click on swap image.

f. Click on browse button.

g. Select the image for swap.

h. Check on Restore on mouse out event.

i. Click on ok.

Note:-

While hyperlink the swapped button can be stretched so that there will be seen gaping between the buttons so that we have to make the border thickness zero.
